Refund Policy: You may cancel and request a full refund within 24 hours of subscription purchase. Additional minute purchases are non-refundable.

1. Overview

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments, billing, subscriptions, and refunds for AudioAI, a product of iiniit. AudioAI uses iiniit's central billing system to manage all subscription payments, minute purchases, and billing operations. By subscribing to or purchasing any AudioAI services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollar) and BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The applicable currency will be determined based on your location and payment method.

2. Subscription Plans

AudioAI offers various subscription plans to meet different user needs: SUBSCRIPTION TYPES: • Free Plan: Limited access with basic features and a starter minute allocation. • Free Plan: Full access to all features for a limited free period. • Paid Plans: Full access to all features with monthly minute allocations. BILLING CYCLE: • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. • Minutes included in your subscription reset at the start of each new billing cycle. • Unused subscription minutes do not roll over to the next billing cycle. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT: • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remaining period. • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

3. Additional Minutes

In addition to subscription minutes, you can purchase additional minute packs: PURCHASING: • Additional minutes can be purchased at any time through the billing portal. • Additional minutes are charged separately from your subscription. • Prices for additional minutes are displayed at the time of purchase. VALIDITY: • Additional minutes remain valid until the end of your current subscription period. • Additional minutes are used only after your subscription minutes are exhausted. • If your subscription expires or is cancelled, any remaining additional minutes will be forfeited. IMPORTANT: • Additional minutes are non-refundable once purchased. • Additional minutes cannot be transferred between accounts.

4. Refund Policy

AudioAI is committed to customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows: SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS: • You may cancel your subscription and request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase. • Refund requests must be submitted within the 24-hour window from the time of purchase. • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. • After the 24-hour window, subscription payments are non-refundable. ADDITIONAL MINUTES: • Additional minute purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. • Please ensure you understand your usage needs before purchasing additional minutes. EXCEPTIONS: • In cases of technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery, we may offer refunds or service credits at our discretion. • Refunds for exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND: • Contact our support team at [email protected] within the 24-hour window. • Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request. • Our team will process eligible refunds within 2 business days of approval.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your AudioAI subscription at any time: CANCELLATION PROCESS: • Log in to your account and access the billing portal. • Select "Cancel Subscription" from your subscription management options. • Confirm your cancellation. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION: • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. • You retain access to all features and remaining minutes until the subscription expires. • After expiration, your account reverts to the free plan with limited access. • Your audio files and history are retained for 30 days after subscription expiration. REACTIVATION: • You can reactivate your subscription at any time. • Previous subscription history and account data are preserved.

6. iiniit Central Billing System

AudioAI billing is managed through iiniit's central billing system: ABOUT THE BILLING SYSTEM: • iiniit operates a centralized billing platform that manages payments for all iiniit products and services. • Your billing account may be shared across multiple iiniit products if you use other iiniit services. • All payment processing is handled securely through the central billing system. PAYMENT METHODS: • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). • Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region. • All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption. BILLING PORTAL: • Access your billing history, manage subscriptions, and update payment methods through the billing portal. • View detailed usage reports and minute consumption history. • Download invoices and receipts for your records. SECURITY: • We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers. • All payment data is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. • Your financial information is protected with bank-level security measures.

7. Failed Payments

In the event of a failed payment: NOTIFICATION: • We will notify you via email if a payment fails. • You will have a grace period to update your payment information. CONSEQUENCES: • If payment is not received within the grace period, your subscription may be suspended. • Access to paid features will be restricted until payment is resolved. • Your data and audio files will be retained during the suspension period. RESOLUTION: • Update your payment method through the billing portal. • Contact support if you experience persistent payment issues. • Once payment is successful, your subscription will be immediately restored.

8. Price Changes

AudioAI reserves the right to modify pricing: NOTICE: • We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect. • Notifications will be sent via email to your registered address. EXISTING SUBSCRIPTIONS: • Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. • New prices apply starting from your next renewal date after the change takes effect. • You may cancel your subscription before the new prices apply if you do not agree with the changes.
